I'm in Australia, when will you ship my order and how much does it cost?

We aim to dispatch your order the next business day after payment is received.

Unless otherwise instructed, we ship all orders via Australia Post Express Post delivery at a flat rate of $10 per order. This will allow your parcel to be tracked, but you will not be required to sign for delivery. We will notify you of the tracking number and date of dispatch.

I'm outside Australia, when will you ship my order and how much does it cost?

Please contact us for a shipping quote. We use Australia Post airmail and postage is calculated based on country of destination and weight.

What is your refund & exchange policy?

We have taken care to include as much information as possible regarding sizes for all our styles. Please take note of the information before selecting your purchase.

For an exchange, you must return your garment to us within 14 days from purchase date in original condition (unwashed, unworn, with all tags attached). Please contact us prior to return, to arrange a suitable exchange item. Depending on stock availability, we cannot always offer you the same garment style in a different size. The safe return of the garment is the customers responsibility.

Why do I need breastfeeding/nursing wear?

1. Towards the end of our pregnancies, most of us are thoroughly bored of wearing baggy maternity clothes and look forward to getting back into "normal" clothes. Unfortunately it can take a bit of time until our pre-pregnancy figure returns. Breastfeeding/nursing wear is specially designed with post-pregnancy figures in mind, usually looser and longer to flatter the figure.
2. Babies are at their happiest when their mothers are at ease. One of the many challenges of motherhood is breastfeeding your baby without the discomfort or embarrassment of uncovering your tummy, back or breasts. Specially designed nursing wear offer hidden openings which allow a mum to discreetly breastfeed her baby, without exposing more skin than you'd like to.
3. Breastfeeding mums should feel proud, confident and comfortable with their personal choice to breastfeed their baby. We believe that a mum should be able to maintain her own personal style while breastfeeding and not sacrifice fashion for comfort or discretion.

What payments methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal and direct bank deposit, and cheque/money order by arrangement. Banking details will be available to you upon checkout. Payment must be received and cleared before your order will be dispatched (usually the next business day).

How should I select my correct size?

As a general rule, we advise our customers to purchase your pre-pregnancy size, since most of our styles are designed to stretch. However please refer to our sizing guides to ensure a great fit, as sizes can vary between different brands and styles. We recommend that you take your bust, waist and hip measurements, so you can be confident with your purchase.
